Moving to Australia or New Zealand to live and work, you must be a qualified immigrant. The two countries have a list of occupations in which workers are needed and for a work visa may be publicly available to suitably qualified candidates.

You could probably find work in Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand is likely to be easier, and the wages and benefits of work (experience) are not as good as Australia.
The two countries have spread many adventures on the work, but because Australia is much bigger, everything is more. In a small area, there are probably more opportunities in New Zealand.
